In 1989, the board rewrote and adopted the Articles of Association and Bylaws from 1952. These were signed at the notary office at the time.

Nearly 34 years later, these Articles of Association and Bylaws are outdated in this modern time.

The current board has decided to study and rewrite these old Articles of Association and Bylaws.

The new, updated Articles of Association and Bylaws where presented and discussed to members at the GMM on October 27, 2023.

With the approval of the members, the new Articles of Association and Bylaws were approved during the general membership meeting, October 27, 2023 with a percentage of 89 %.

On December 18, 2023, the new Articles of Association were signed by the board at the notary office in Brunssum.
